Shipping Policy
Fashion ReWork ships one-of-a-kind, upcycled clothing and accessories from Michigan. Each order is carefully packed and prepared before shipment.
Order Processing Time
Orders ship within 1–2 business days after purchase.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout through Shopify based on the delivery address, package size, package weight, and available carrier services.
Customers may choose from the available shipping options at checkout, including upgraded shipping when available.
Free Shipping
Orders over $250 qualify for free standard shipping.
Free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout when the order subtotal reaches $250 before taxes, discounts, or any additional fees.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the tracking number after the package is accepted.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Fashion ReWork is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. If your tracking shows a delay, missing package, or delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
